This is a small version of the project I've been working on.   Having never done anything like this on a large scale I have decided to make a small version of it to work things out.  I can't wait to see the whole thing finished.

The plan is to paint each one white and cover them all in encaustic wax.  I'm going for a flesh-like surface.
